It holds steady temperature, is easy to clean, still looks like new, an excellent product. My only wish was that it had a lid...I use a glass lid with it from another pot. But I would suggest this pot to anyone wanting a wonderful all around cooking pot. 9/13/13: ADDITIONAL REVIEW...I STILL USE THIS POT EVERY DAY AND IT IS STILL WONDERFUL......
